Paws for a cause

Just found out about this, so I am copying and pasting the blog enter from The Bedford Humane Society.

This Sunday, April 18th we will be at Ridgewood Animal Hospital 1044 Corporate Park Dr, Forest, VA from 1-4pm, with adoptable pets, including some kittens who are not yet on our website!

I hope you will join us for two new fundraising events in May – the Paws for a Cause Dog Walk and a Poker Run sponsored by Bedrock Tattooz.Lots of fun with prizes, 50/50s, contests and more. Scroll down for details.

As always, volunteers make things happen. A Volunteer Committee for the Dog Walk is meeting Tuesday, April 20th 6:30pm at headquarters.A Volunteer Committee for the Poker Run will meet Wednesday, 6:45 pm at Bedrock Tattooz, in the 6C’s Shopping Center in Bedford. We need your help to make these events a success! Everyone can help by printing out our posters and putting them up, with owner’s permission, in stores and businesses in your own neighborhood.
